About the app

Subs Manager helps parents and coaches run substitutions during youth games. Drag players on and off the field or court, get a reminder when it's time to sub, and see how long each player has been on, so everyone gets fair playing time.

Each team has its own sport: soccer, futsal, rugby union, rugby league, AFL, field hockey, ice hockey, basketball, netball, handball, water polo, volleyball, lacrosse or Gaelic football.

🔒 Your data stays on your phone

There are no accounts and nothing is sent to a server. Your teams, players and matches are saved only in this browser on this device.

• Other parents won't see your teams, even if they use the app too.
• It isn't backed up. Clearing your browser data, or switching phones, starts fresh.

📲 Works best on your home screen

Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen like an app, with its own icon, and works without signal.

• iPhone (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Recommended: Safari may delete saved data for websites you haven't opened for 7 days, but not for apps on your home screen.
• Android (Chrome): tap ⋮, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

⏱️ During a game

Everything runs on your phone, so the game clock keeps going without signal. The screen stays on while the clock is running, and the app beeps and vibrates when a substitution is due.
